Our Team

Mark Yegsigian, CPA

A certified public accountant and partner in the firm, Mark Yegsigian offers a high level of personal service, competence and integrity while meeting his clients’ varied tax needs. Mark received his bachelor of science in business and accounting from San Digeo State University. While going to college, he worked part time for his father’s firm, then worked full-time for two other mid-size firms, before taking over a partner role at Mission Tax and Financial in 1987.

Mark has licenses in real estate and insurance. Together that background allows him to offer a broad range of tax advice for his clients.

David Boyajian, EA

Retired

Dave Boyajian has been serving clients’ tax planning needs since 1976. An Enrolled Agent, Dave also has licenses in real estate and insurance. His broad-based expertise allows him to provide clients a variety of tax services.

Dave studied business and accounting at California State University, Fresno, during which time he owned and operated a popular Schwinn Franchise bicycle shop in the same town. In 1976 he joined his father-in-law, Bill Yegsigian, to meet the needs of the growing practice.

When working with clients, I always keep in mind that there’s a human side to accounting and taxes. I’m not dealing with just numbers, I’m affecting people’s lives."

Dolores Caringella, EA

Tax Preparer

A tax preparer with an obsession for accuracy, Dolores Caringella brings more than 30 years of small business accounting to Mission Tax and Financial, including over 25 years of income tax preparation. Dolores studied accounting and income tax at California State University, Long Beach, and also at El Camino Junior College, and is an IRS Enrolled Agent.

Jan Zucker, CPA

Tax Preparer

A tax preparer who works with Mission Tax and Financial , Jan Zucker is a seasoned tax and accounting professional. Jan received her Bachelor of Science degree in business-economics from UCLA. She became a certified public accountant and worked for Arthur Young for nine years. She left the firm to start a family and continues to work part-time in accounting and tax preparation.

Rebecca Luna, CPA

Tax Preparer

A tax preparer with Mission Tax and Financial, Rebecca Luna has over 23 years’ experience in public accounting, including working for a large local firm and a national firm. Her experience includes tax planning and compliance services for individuals, business entities and estates and trusts. Rebecca received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California State University at Fullerton.

Through getting to know each client at a personal level, I am able to discover ways to maximize tax benefits and give them the best level of service possible."

Nikki Compton

Bookkeeper

As office manager and bookkeeper for Mission Tax and Financial Nikki Compton has been serving the bookkeeping needs of clients since 1989. In addition to working for Mission Tax and Financial, Nikki also spent three years at Grubb & Ellis, a leading property management firm, where she handled the corporate books and worked as administrative manager. Nikki earned her associate’s degree in accounting from Saddleback Community College.
